Nice. i mostly watch first animations just so i have something to vote zero on, because those usualy are CRAP!!! but this isn't bad. i never get tired of the scene where that guard gets a spear in the back of the head. hahaha, great job!!!

A couple things you could do are change the running animation and add some sort of music like the guy before me said. Plus there's really no story and it's probably sposed to be that way but I still think it could have more depth, if every episode is that short there will be to many if you want a good story.

it needed some work... try adding some background music, and speeding up the pace (faster frame rate helps)
