Haha ok this started out good and really good drawings then it turned to funny madness which i liked gives it a sorta twist, nice flash and good animating, keep up the good work...

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
Well while its black and white, you may want to think about adding some color even just a drop here or there, like say a blood drop so that the B&W reflects more it would be a nice touch of little color vs the B&W

A good effort

Well, the crapping of the pants joke seems to be done quite a lot these days, and seems somewhat funny to a lot of people. Though it didn't make me laugh so much, I did find Olaf's face quite amusing. The animation itself was well done, the movement of Olaf was excellent to show his creepiness (through creeping, no less), and the music seemed to reflect his persona well. The bus stop guy was good, though he could've done with a bit of colour himself. But other than that, it was good, short and sweet. So keep up the good work.
