It's not a FLASH animation, either.
Those sounds made no sense, and the whole thing really did blow heavy chunks.
It wasn't funny, it didn't serve a lasting meaning, and isn't a Flash animation.

Could have been way better.
The 3-D graphics are cool but the length should be longer. It needs voices and more sound. If its a PSA you need to make it look like one. Hell man im sure you've seen one or two PSA's on tv. Other than that, nice effort.

Didn't really enjoy this one, sorry. I've seen better graphics on an Amiga 500. And if this were something I watched back then it most certainly would have had a nice soundtrack behind it and some form of humor.
