NOTE: Even though this movie is named Parkour For Life, it isn't parkour. It's mainly freerunning.
Simple, Basic, Parkour animation.
Parkour is the art of moving through man/nature made environments to get to point A to point B as soon as possible without disturbing anything around you. Some like to do FreeStyle Parkour which has a lot of flips and flairy moves and such.

Theres some good PK/free running stuff showing up. we could have a Pk/Free running collection
This is very nice. next time just cut off the back-and-forth going, sometimes its annoying to not se the traceur flow trhu the background. I understand its more free running, but make the traceurs trajectory more objective

i do parkour and i though that was awsome but the only thing is parkour has no flips in it only street tricking does but who cares that was a awsome movie.

Yeah, I was a parkour noob when I made this movie. Didn't know the difference between parkour and freerunning.
