I don't se why this is rated so high.
Poor animation, nothing too funny. The song is ok but it won't make you laugh.
I'm all for making fun of Scots (I live in Scotland and am quite partial to a piss-take) but this doesn't do it.
If you had better animation then at least I would have liked it more.

Has its moments
I thought that this was alright, due to the fact that the song was actually pretty funny and there were some things going on. It reminds me of animation made by people in animutations. The only problem is that it does not really work in something like this where the effects are so cheesy. I liked the "NG Drunks" logo you put on the beginning. It would have also been nice if there was a background instead of just blank space. The animation where he did move in that kilt was actually kind of nice.
