Hey guys and gals. I just thought I would share with you my first Flash movie.

While making this I learned a lot of thing in Flash, and although at times, I got stuck and went nuts, I got through it.

This is part of a continual battle scene I am working on doing. I'm curious to see what you may think of it.

he's so hott

specially' the elfin dude...it was great...even though it was like guko...and junk...but that's okay...continue on...are you hott? kidding...giggles then smiles intently at you as if waiting for you do say something funny or write back...take note...write back

RoyalJester responds:

Hey, thanks for reviewing both my movies 2-QT-T-B-STR8! I found it kinda funny that you'd review this one for 2 reasons. One cuz it's old, and two, because its old :P

This was my first, and although it isn't that great, I still enjoy it.

Am I hot? I don't want to be big headed... but the ladies say I am ;)

You ned to stray from over saturated ideas.

Seriously, it didn't trigger my gag reflex, but replace the Dragon Ball Z type characters and create your own. The music didn't really go to well with it because the action couldn't keep up with the energetic tempo. Looks like you understand how to utilize simplicity and I actually look forward to a project in the future when you further develope your skills. Promising, but the whole thing ended up falling flat on its face.

Its getting there

Your drawing abilities are obviously developed. The music you chose was upbeat and went well with the movements of the characters, but without sound effects (swords slicing, landing after a jump) your movie will never be complete. Slick, stylish sword-play is all too common on NG, so more developed backgrounds and objects would help.

I liked the icy background somewhere in the middle, but the beginning and end only had white or akward zig-zags of colour. Static backdrops are anti-climatic. Have them scroll in the opposite of the character's movement to give the illusion that there is a camera moving around the still character.

The blood pool was very childish and could be worked on, but you probably already know that, and there wasn't much care taken drawing the swords. High detailed weaponry WILL stand out!

Overall, I think it was wonderful and I hope you make other Flash productions just as well as this.

too quick not long enough

way to quick and you didn't interduce the charetrs at least you could say something like "Since the dawn of time good and evil have battled, NNow the fight will finish" and flash the caretrs when the voice says "Good" or "Evil" so i think that, yes i could be better but it was a good flash for a beginer.

((( COOL )))

Well you have a lot of great action here, and its a great fight scene so far, but you need to add a little more to it, its good but some parts need more backgrounds, and other parts where missing some color, i really liked the way you drew your characters, and that one background you had with rocks and lightning was really cool, good job so far...
