this is a fun game to play

This is far superior in fun factor to the remake. While there's more bells and whistles, this version has much more rewarding gameplay. Also, the tempo is quite a bit faster; it really feels snappy still to this day. As far as difficulty goes, it's like old school games that required you practiced a level before automatically beating it. Seriously, proper use of the shield and timing of your attacks will net you victory. Barbarian Bob is the Bobbest of Bobs but he still can take too many maces to the face.

It was is an awesome game and I've yet to beat it, and thought it was frickin' insane that first I'm fighting other warriors and all of the sudden this red buff dude appears and wrecks my shit! Nevertheless an awesome fun game.
