What the hell is this ?
Sry but its´just crap!!!!

Pretty good for a first time...

That was pretty good for your first try. A few suggestions:

1. Take your time on the actual drawings, try to use the pen tool as much a possible to keep your lines much smoother rather than all wobbly when using the pencil tool or what ever tool you used.

2. Work on the coloring and shadowing.. use gradients and different shades of colors to give it more style. There is some good tutorials on it.

3. Keep trying and don't give up!

Everything else was good. Good choice of music, and good storyline. The only thing i noticed was a little weird, was when it changes from the first song to the second song. It end kind of abruptly, try to make a better transition. Keep practicing and you will be a great flash animator.

potenially good story with some good music to back it up....other than the art work its self and the shortness of it id say this could be a really good video, good luck on the other episodes, i'll be watchin' for'em ;-)

no introduction, very vague, overused plot. no facial expressions, crappy graphics, bad sound timing. overall, it sucked major donkey balls.
