I Love It!
Excellent use of Gorey's and Mozart's work. Nice sound effects. First flash version of the book I ever saw, and despite seeing claymated, animated, and others, this one remains dear to my heart.
We did this as a short project for school where we took pre-existing images and put them to appropriate sound and music. The Gashlycrumb Tinies, for those of you interested, is a children's picture book by Edward Gorey who is abso-fucking-lutely brilliant. Look him up. Think of this as a tribute to him.

heheh awesome
I have that book and was just looking at it like 10 minutes ago. I think you did a pretty good job on that expecially with some of the sounds like the one for Kate who was struck with an axe. Oh god that's the best one.
Astounding work.
I've just gotta love the classic feel to this animation, bonus on the dark comedy. The sound-effects were pretty hillarious and fitting too. The narrator did an extremely good job, I have to hand it to her. Awesome job Julia.
Beautiful Tribute.
If you don't know, viewing public, Edward Gorey is an artist celebrated for his macabre style and humor. This is a wonderfully done little reading, one of the best things I have seen yet on Newgrounds. Practically perfect, loved the little background sounds slid in. Magnificent.
By a man named Edward Gorey
I'm not sure if people are under the impression that he created it but he didn't.
Anyway, The tinies are an amaazing piece of work.
Put the voice you picked is annoying, not creepy and way too slow.
Good musical choice though.
I guess it,s allright, gets people in contact with the tinies...
