It seems that any submission has to have a naked girl in it to survive and this notion has created a load of underpolished dress-ups like this one. No offense, I'm sure you were trying, but when you look at the good stuff on here, doesn't it make you emberassed that you submitted this? If you are just trying random stuff to learn flash you don't have to submit it. I don't. If you weren't just trying something and this is your legit submission you might want to put a bit more work into it. As for your dress-up chick, she looked like a poorly illustrated Jessica Rabbit. Work hard, or don't submit, please.
