This game was iconic and full of childhood joy
When I think of Newgrounds? Etherena Beta is one the FIRST things that comes to mind.
Hours upon hours in the school library nearly every day. Going round and round with my friends. I'm nearly 30 now, and it's still an all-time classic. So many laughs and treasured memories. It still holds up as just as fun as it was back then.
Incidentally I'd never heard "Awe of She" before I'd played this game. And when I finally got around to playing Guilty Gear years later and I heard Dizzy's theme, I nerded out so hard.
I'm relieved it's still here after all these years. <3
To Arayh, I hope you're doing okay and that you're out there living your best life, Man. Thank you for all the beautiful memories this game has given to me and my friends. And for helping to inspire me to become a content creator in your own unique way.
