I concur with most of the other reviews, and personally I'll never grade reproduced animations high. I think only original drawings should be submitted.

I'm a little confused here. Reproduced animations? This is an original work. Minus the backgrounds, all the sprites are home made. Like i know its a shitty animation but if your gonna critique it, then do it right!
Needs more work
A lot of elements in the movie don't go together. For example, the terrorist tent, it's just poorly drawn. The missles were poorly drawn too, in sharp contrast to the F-16's.
Some details in the story element are odd too. Why did a four star general address a Colonel as "Sir"?
More thought needs to go into your movies.

that it my favorite some.. especially being from atlanta, outkast is one of my farvorite groups, i didn't watch the whole animation.. but the song alone was good
