the good:
nice music, nice Zero Wings reference, the sprites were good and you had a story in it.

the bad:
well, the text window looked bad.

the ugly:
as i said, the text window looked bad, but unfortunately i really don't know how to improve that... maybe try to make the style fit to the rest of the screen...

However, it really isn't THAT bad! I have seen things come on NG's that were much worse than this. A couple of things I'd like to mention. If you are moving your sprites without tweening, try to make them move with a high "frames per second" rate and try to make as many Key Frames as possible, so that the movements look more realistic and defined. As well, I truely believe this 6 part movie could have been done within 1 or 2 longer, more indepth, movies. Keep working on it and you should do O.K.

Why can't people finish stuff in the same flash?

Almost every badly done sprite movie like this is to be continued, Just finish it in one flash! This is two years old, so I hope you've imoroved since you've made this. (especially when it comes to graphics)

Wow...that was poor

You call that a part 6? Next to nothing happened. The music was sampled at some horrible bit rate and sounded like it was playing from inside a cardboard box located down a long metal hallway. Take a tip from daily comic strips. Next time you write a soryline at least have something get resolved in each part, otherwise people aren't going to watch them.
