Alright, this here is a prototype for a Shaft-like character & series I planned to create about a year ago. No its not done, nor has it been worked on in awhile. If it has well enough potential however, I may continue it. Go ahead and give me some feedback, that was the point.

Sorry mate, but this doesn't really seem to have any charm to it to make it stand out. The character designs a bit lacking, try doing something to make him more memorable. And if your going to make this serious, don't just remove his arms and legs because you don't want to animate them. Loved his afro by the way.

If you're trying to show a series about something, tell us something about a series. You showed nothing, very little animation, but it was decent. I like the style of the guy though, reminds me of the Madness series. Great music, can't go wrong with Issac Hayes, thumbs up on that. If you're trying to show a private dick character, you need to be very original, that detective genre is really oversaturated right now.
