Blue lines increase your outer circle's size if they touch the inner circle. 

Blue slices increase your outer circle's size if they touch the player's slice.

Red lines decrease your outer circle's size if they touch the inner circle. Destroy to gain points.

Red slices decrease your outer circle's size if they touch the player's slice. 

Green lines freeze the player's slice in place if they touch the inner circle. Destroy to gain points.

Green slices freeze the player's slice in place if they touch the player's slice.
