So it's been a while but I actually finished Episode 2... I kind of fell into the same trap I did with Episode 1, constantly adding or removing things, redrawing the older parts and getting into this constant loop of trying to fix everything.
But here it is ^_^ I guess Episode 1 was like the test pilot and this is where I'm trying to define where the series will go. Now it's just a case of breaking down the plot points into manageable segments... I don't think another 19 minute long episode is the way to go >_<
Thank you to everyone who helped with this, especially the wonderful voice cast who lend their talent to my dumb anime bullshit.
I'm starting work on Episode 3 really soon, so if anyone is interesting in being part of the project, drop me an IM ^_^

I can see how some of the stylistic choices could turn people away from the Episode, truthfully it was a fun experience experimenting with datamoshing, and I felt like it helped give a more disjointed and surreal vibe to the setting, but I guess it's about finding a good balance with these types of choices.

All in all I liked the animation but I felt the plot and motivations was low rated. I think the author could have made a better effort in that.

Yeah I feel like I let things down in that regard, I was really inconsistent with where I wanted the episode to go, so that hurt the writing and motivation. I'm going to take a different approach with Episode 3 and get everything set before I rush into animating.

This is simply amazing. It's drawn stunning, and you're not shy with the details too.
Although i have to say it's sometimes a bit on the slow side... but that's nothing we can't handle.
