Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

Jessica's House is a point-and-click game.

Jessica needs your help. Her little brother, Dan, has called dibs on the remote. And she needs it. Help her browse for useful items around her house.

I know, all for just a lousy remote.

Reviews

I have commented on your Jessica's School game, and I think I was a little too harsh with you (taking into account that these are your first games) . In fact, I reckon that this one is better than the other, since it has the Riddle "essence" but you made a few changes (for instance the location), which is fantastic! I still dislike the way you use the items of the inventory. And of course it was very short... On the whole, I really think you could become a great developer but you have to use more of your own ideas. Good luck :)

<deleted> responds:

Well, thank you Crianzee.

But, because of the fact that you told me that I can improve my Flash AS2 skills, I am having SERIOUS trouble trying to do that thing in Riddle School 3 wherein you can click and drag items.

I've spent so much time searching for tutorials on how to do it and found nothing. I actually talked with Jonochrome (JonBro) about my issue, and I tried his suggestions. It didn't work. :(
In fact, Jon even said that he wasn't the best person to ask.

I actually made a post regarding this issue I'm having and also a forum about it on this site.
And if anybody has a definitive knowledge on how to do that "click-and-drag items" thing on Riddle School 3, I would appreciate that very much.

I would most likely recommend being given a certain line of AS2 code.

So, unless I know how to do that "click-and-drag items" thing in RS3 onwards, the next Jessica game I'm working right now will not be coming out soon.

But still, thank you for your statement, Crianzee. It means a lot to me, personally, to improve on Flash game development.

Even if you've picked the correct line to get Dan out, you still may have to restart the conversation. Just hear him say, that he needs to check that issue on his own, and than click the arrow to his room. You'll start all over again: "Hey, Dan!"

<deleted> responds:

Well actually, I kind of know that, because the dialogs are not overlapping the layers of the arrows, so yeah, sorry about that.

Not bad! Was pretty easy and a bit short but seeing that you say this is your first attempt at a point and click game, ya did pretty dang good. I like the graphics alot.

<deleted> responds:

Thank you, CaptKirky!

This is ok, it has a nice art style and music. But the polish is very bad on this. Spruce up some u.i , and the intro.

<deleted> responds:

Thanks for the review, AssRGBGnome!

Yeah, I know. The U.I. kind of looks bad. It's my very first attempt to make a point-and-click game. But, I'm almost finished working on another game like this. And I hope it's better than this one.

Music isn't very pleasing, and the seizure from the screen transitions hurt a little, fun either way

<deleted> responds:

Oh, I'm sorry to hear about that. But yeah, I didn't feel like doing a different TV static transition. But, thank you for the review, gamefire781.
