From what it looks like, you only have your key positions- the contact points, and the passing position. However, just slowing these positions down to make it go by slower is not proper, because it makes the motion seem very stiff. You need to add frames in between your key positions, not only to slow down the motion, but to make the motion looks smoother as well. A basic walk cycle has these frames: contact point, down pose, pass pose, up pose, contact, and so on with the other leg. Then in between those key positions, you add the "inbetweens" to make your animation look smoother. Also, people don't like seeing tests in the portal, and they usually get blammed without getting any feedback, so for future reference, if you need advice on a work in progress of a test like this, then post it in the animation forum, I'm sure several people there would be happy to critique your tests, and you don't have to worry about having them blammed! Hopefully this review helped, and good luck on your future projects!
