Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

I made this little animation to celebrate the submission of six hundred thousand movies and games to Newgrounds. The music playing along with it was composed by Bryc (a.k.a. Bryce), and can be found at the following link:

This is probably one of the most awesome things I've ever seen! Thank you for celebrating this great day!

You're welcome, and thank YOU for writing such a nice review!

Hey man, grats on hitting 600k spot-on. It may not exactly be the best flash submission in NG, but seeing that it's the 600,000th submission makes up for it. I really like how you came up with many unique animations for that special 6-digit number, reminiscent of a neon sign. Excellent music choice as well for the celebration. I hope your submission gets saved; it'll be far too pitiful to blam such a special submission like this.

Voted 5. Congratulations dear sir.

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed this.

While the little animation is a little fun.. Its kind of empty too? I mean, its a big event, so it feels a little to simple at the same time...

Also, this is probably just personal preference, but it is coming from a guy who likes every genre of music, and this song just doesn't work for me. Perhaps in a retro style game yes, maybe, but it doesn't seem to match the mood too well.

Nonetheless, I get the feeling this will pass through anyways.

I started making this on a whim with the approaching Portal milestone in mind and ending up getting into it a bit, but I couldn't be bothered creating a "full" production. Still, it's nicer than what I was originally thinking of submitting: a spammy animation that I created over three years ago for the 500000 milestone, which I missed.

it's not cool if you script the submission

<deleted> responds:

This movie ending up as the six hundred thousandth submission resulted from nothing more than copious page-refreshing and fortuitous timing. There was no auto-submitting script involved.
