You mean if the play area was larger? I don't know; the dimensions of the game were very specifically chosen... and I disabled Newgrounds' "Stretch" feature on this submission because of the nature of the graphics. But I understand the craving for a larger view of everything.
i don't think lunatic is possible. The first 2 medals were easy then I gave up.

Being serious now, the Lunatic medal is possible to unlock. Lunatics have a greater chance of unlocking it than others do, though.
