Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

This is what I made for an English vocabulary project using a set list of 'grade 10' vocabulary words.
The ending's better, it doesn't involve vocabulary.

In regards to the part where the fisherman tells you to turn around; it's not obvious what to do, so I'll tell you this: there's a button on the screen that'll appear when hovered over, so just move your mouse around and you're sure to find it with a few tries.

Anyway, please enjoy! ^-^

Reviews

Pretty Good

I learned some new words, I guess.
The storyline was actually pretty interesting.
Pyromaniac? Clever, I suppose.
The graphics were moderate, nothing special.
The definitions were a bit off at times.
The gameplay was puzzling and actually fun.

Lol, delapidated...

Well, the idea is nice and all, learning "moderately common" words, but it's somehow lost due to the fact that you can try any answer as many times as you want to, with no penalty whatsoever.
On the other hand, the pyro-tracking part is quite annoying since you have, let's see... 3+2+3+2+4 = a lot of chances to screw up along the way.
The game is too straightforward, you can, at any given moment, do exactly one thing, despite other options. Maybe you should work on gathering more clues or the game should have different endings depending on how you played it.
Graphics were simple, but it wasn't so bothersome since it's not what the game is about. Music was good at least, despite the one recurring song.

And it's spelled dilapidated, with an "i". Grammar police on strike?

sucks

i went to school and never liked it so a game like this kinda ticks me off

<deleted> responds:

Then don't play games called 'Grammar Police', maybe?

Okay

As a game, it wasn't the best. But, as a source of information, it was actually.. pretty good. The music didn't really help much though..

I like the concept

but sometimes your choice of definitions seems a little off on certain words, maybe it's just me though
