Rob takes Thunder, Dulci, and Marina to the SellCo rooftop in an attempt to be the biggest fireworks display in the city. Is shooting fireworks even legal in heavily populated urban areas?

I would have appreciated something more funny. You know, that kinda funny that is enough to make you actually laugh, rather than feel kind of cheated. You know that one?
