There's definitely room for improvement, but in general, it's not bad.

Given that you're twelve I'm pretty sure everyone can excuse you.
and, given that it's you're first, I'm pretty sure everyone will give you alot of advice.
As a viewer, I'd recommend that you not do the whole growing arm to punch thing.

Its good for a first flash. A little short but you rarely ever see a first flash longer than this.
