I cant remember the trigger phrase!! I feel relaxed through the whole thing, I m exepting it all (I think!), but I dont think im saying the trigger phrase the right way.
could you respond and tell me?

Ok, I managed to stand about 5 minutes of this. Bloody hell man! How can you expect me to become increasingly relaxed while staring at that thing that is actively attacking my visual processing algorithms? My tension only increases as my eyes water and my headache becomes more severe and when I can finally stand no more, I look away and the image processing filter I have built up to adapt to and counteract the predictable component of the swirling image, applied to the normal world, screws up everything I see for a few seconds. The monotonous repetitive speech meanwhile begins to gnaw at me like nails on a chalkboard made into a symphony, and each time you tell me I am becoming further unmotivated to move, I more and more want to grab the computer monitor and SHAKE IT! This isn't relaxing and hypnotic, it's hell. I think I'd be more comfortable staring cross-eyed at a candle 1 inch in front of my nose for half an hour. And now my mouth is full of spit. I'm gonna go and play canabalt some more now thank you very much. This can't be the way hypnosis actually is. I give you a 4 because you did successfully affect me, albeit not in the way described. Not that I'd want to be hypnotized into going around town wearing a crazy costume and thinking it was normal, though.
