This is a tutorial on how to make a simple Overhead RPG game! It includes how to:
- Make a fully animated character.
- Boundaries to stop the player from going off screen!

didnt work for me, the character kept spinning around, i put the correct AS into it, but still character kept spinning, and wen i moved it wit the arrows, it stoped, but the animation kept playing...
This was a good start to making an overhead RPG. This tutorial would have been much better had you shown basic triggers as well.
Just great! Sometimes it takes sharing our experience with others to teach ourselves how much we know, but the amazing thing about it is imagine all the up-and-coming flash artists that this could help? In a perfect world where none need learn flash, this would be silly at best. In our current situation though with today's newbs being tomorrow's elite, I think it's awesome to share your knowledge, and I'm sure it will help some.
It would have been nice, however, since you seemed to pretty much have all the code and stuff laid out in front of you, why didn't you go ahead and do a live action demo so we can see just how good it works? That would've put the worm in the bottle IMHO. Keep making, I'll keep watching.
