I find the game difficulty appropriate (even though I'm not a native English speaker). Also, the limited list of words is a good idea: thus the game gets easier as you replay it, so that works a bit like a "resume" function, but still your interest remains since you'll occasionally find a word previously unseen.

About the pictures: it's a pity that you don't get full nudity when you win (why? the game is rated Adult anyway). You could add pictures, the game file is not that big! A detailed review of the girls: the upper left is my fav! The poses of the upper right one are ugly. The left one is nice (& gets nude :) but you don't see her fully :'( then). The right one is rather good but might have prettier poses. The bottom one is nice too but not all poses are sexy (the last one especially).
