Well actually I kinda thought it was more General material, but yeah I don't make threads that often in politics anyway and it always seems unnecessary to post yet another religion thread in politics. Also I thought it might be shit and I didn't want it hanging around for a few weeks getting occasionally bumped by people telling me how shit it was.

I have no problem with it either, but seriously, how often is it someone comes up with something new and exciting to talk about in terms of religion? The degree of difference between some of these threads is absolutely infintessimally miniscule. Hence my complaint; I hate being told by certain individuals that the difference between "religion sucks" and "sucky is religion" is important enough to merit both threads being open....

There's only so many ways you can talk about religion being a sham (which is I would guess, 85% of the basis for religion threads). Likewise, there's only so many ways you can argue the legality of pot.....

The fact that you DO have 800 different threads talking about legalizing pot simply shows "industry standard" doesn't only apply to religion threads here.....

Case in point, type "legalize" in the search bar......
