It'd probably be better just to list the top 100, rather than increase any of the boundaries. Not saying that because I'm just approaching 10K in b/p and have enough other stats to comfortably reach the top 100 or anything...

In his shoes, I'd be torn ... kind of like I am with the Rank List. I know at some point it's going to get overwhelming and I'll have to start cutting entire EG ranks from the list.

You can always cut off the police lieutenants and then the captains, or only check them now and again.

Hell I have no idea who is third in whistle points. I preaty sure I am number 2. Since I am the only Gold I know of.

Sorry I have no way of looking at the numbers, my trick really only worked for review mods.

Congrats, kospas. I wouldn't worry too much about rushing to get to 11k or 12k right now. For one thing, the list isn't about to get updated, much to Xwayne and poxpower's regret, I'm sure. For another, if I end up cutting it at the top 100 or doing the separate blams/protects thing, it won't really matter that much, anyway. He'll either make it or he won't (by a longshot).

If I could figure out some other way to format the list, it would actually make some things easier, though. true... but the top 50 exp list and top 50 b/p list are what's making this a necessity. I'm not going to do a shitload of usertracking like I do for the VP list and the blam/save top 50 lists. I just don't need that stress. This list started off easy to do because only ~30 people on each of those top 50s plus the 5 people above 10,000 posts needed to be checked for it. Now... 10,000 is well off the top 50 b/p list and 48 people on the top 50 exp have 10,000+, it's soon to jump into the 51+ area there as well.

Right now it's Blams AND Protects, Reviews, Experience, and/or Posts as the qualifiers. 10k BPs was something he mentioned scaling up a bit, as there's a flood of people on their way to it, you included. Splitting it up into a Quin10k list would certainly guarantee its manageability for longer than having to periodically ratchet up the BP total requirement.

It's just exp. I guess I could change it to "days deposited" but then HT would lead with nearly 1600, and no one would be anywhere near 10,000 days. #;-}>

Come to think of it... man, that would make this list so much easier, along with the separate blams/saves columns. hahahah.

No, he needed a vacation from list updating, and he got it. Nearly all of March, aside from some VP list updates. Don't worry, he's going to get back into the swing of things sooner or later.

... dude, your highest stat is 1300ish exp. It'll take you two and a half years to get enough exp to be on this list with that stat. Your reviews and posts don't appear to be heading for 10,000 anytime sooner than your exp is.

Within 1,000 of this list now, thought it would take longer but I'm in the home stretch now. Hopefully, my semi decent counts in everything other than my 10K stat will push me into a nice position on the list when I make it. Although there will be a lot of new additions to the list by the time I get there I'm sure :-)

i have been posting nearly 75 a day lately that would take a couple of months but i would crack the bottom of the list

Posting at even 75 per day still takes 130+ days to get to 10,000, and I strongly doubt you can continue to post at 75 ppd for a long period of time without getting tired or banned.

If you're interested in breaking things up into more columns, which, like we've mentioned, has its pros and cons, and the BBS text limit is a problem, I can certainly host it. The hard part is in figuring out what you actually do want to track that you can. After that, it's just a matter of C&P the td tags into the spreadsheet in hidden columns and unhiding them when it's time to post. It would end up running like my list now, with the post at my site, but any comments going back to the thread. I'm still not putting a BBS on my site so don't ask ;)

While we're at it, Dobio, jonthomson, and ramagi can do so as well for theirs, I just don't see their lists as having a need for it. Well, maybe jt's 500XP, but that's simply because of the volume of posts required for it, not a formatting issue. The others I don't think run into format or text-/post-limit problems, but are welcome if they like. Just a matter of changing the Current button to link to a page of links rather than my list.

Text limit's never a problem for me because I can post more than 4 per half hour in one thread as a mod. Dunno if you noticed, but today was the first day I had to use 3 posts for each of the top 50 lists, BTW. So many damned rankups. #;-}>
