Try to make your website a bit more simpler btw , theres to much in your face at once and its not like your trying to sell stuff on it.
the second header (where the 4 characters are) is a bit much... and maybe the green "news" bar, ya might wanna switch up... make it a uniform length?

The gradients are overused, the colors clash, and the header is just too big. The layout is pretty bad too. Pick two or three colors (make sure they look good together) and use them. For example, NG uses orange, gray, and yellow.
