You got a point, we aren't in the buisness of voting up crap, on the other hand loyalty should be given. The solution: vote neutral or not at all if this situation comes up, (unless they are perpetually bad and have a reputation for it).

Hmmm, I think it should be based on voting power... but once we fill up at least one of every position, they should come in as privates and work for position. Or as you (as well perhaps as highest ranking officers see fit). Perhaps it should go like this if you don't want to do that...

2)Voting power (between x and x.999 is blank ranking)
3)for equal ranks seniority based on whistle level/exp pts/ideas???

yeah i think we should go on the 3rd one as it shows how many of us are stopping crap movies and allowing good movies to enter the portal.

I think this last post has it good. We should probably go with that idea, as it seems the best thing to do.

Chances are you'd be 4-star like me... but because Enoll is the founder, he also makes that decision (even if all of us are a lower lvl than you).
