Yeah, I just have a computer in the same room as other stuff, such as a computer, PS2, and since I have no drivers license, and I don't live near any of my friends, so it's not like I can walk to their houses. So I'm basically stuck here all day.

I see no reason for you not to make your own PERSONAL one like Spartan.

Maybe you would be able to give it a go and see if Tails likes it. Obviously wait for a response permitting you to attempt first.
Be prepared for rejection though because I dont think we need a new one.
