So I'm having problems with the new reviewing system, if you haven't check it out! I can't say if a review is helpfull, useless or abusive. I see the icons but when I click I get brought to the top of the page (not smoothly like some javascript scroll). How can I overcome this problem or is it a problem with the reviewing...?

Nope. After you vote, just refresh the page. You will notice the change then.

You'll know if the clearing the cache has worked because then the vote bar will change to 'voted' and it will grey out.

Then you can refresh to see if you've had an effect on the standing of this review.
Please bear in mind that most of the problems associated with Newgrounds are probably down to having to clear one's cache, as the old programming is saved to your computer in the form of a cookie.
Since the flag-buttons have changed, when I tried to click those nothing happens and the page suddenly scrolls up.
I cleared my cache but it didn't work. Hints?
