Do you make your own icon pics or you get them somewhere im not sure does anyone have any suggestion's if so plz tell me

Simple solution: make a screen grab of an interesting scene of your flash <just press the Print Screen button>, go to the paint program, paste it there, select <using the select tool> a interesting portion the size of 46 pixels by 46 pixels (important, must be 46 by 46), copy it, open a new file the size of 46 x 46, paste, save as a non-transparent gif (just don't have transparencies selected or something like that).
