This is probably a thread mainly attempting to get the poster noticed and considered for a mod position. He thinks that by taking a stand and acting superior, and showing that he can read the rules, he himself will get to be a moderator. As far as I'm concerned, the mods are basically gods, we can't trifle with their powers, and that's the end of that. For this reason, I am not a mod, because I would probably abuse my power terribly.
