I know there is a thread about this already, but I need some help still. Ok, I made an icon from MS Paint, and I use this program called "Photo Impression 5" to resize my images. Apparently, that program saves your pictures in every file except in .gif form. So yeah...I'm gonna need another program....anyone know one that I can download FOR FREE?

It's not Ms Paint...It's the program I'm using to resize my pictures(Photo Impression 5). It won't make anything in .gif form, so I'm wondering if anybody knows a resizing program that does .gif files.

Try IrfanView.

There are SO many programs to do this, but I just go with a web resizer, like ResizePic.
