When I try to make an Icon that fits all the criteria.It doesn't work.
It has everything,AND IM SURE ITS A GIF.
When its done uploading"Error-Only gifs are alowed."GIFs dont even work for me when
I post on the BBS either.
How come?

What program are you using? You may want to try and export the .gif from another graphics program and see if that fixes it (If you're saving from MS Paint, use Gimp, Paint.NET, IrfanView, etc).

Im using MS paint but I don't have any more paint programs.Wait lemme try sumthing.
nope,still doesnt work.
It even says on the properties of my picture-"GIF image".
I'll try making a new image and see if that works.

I've tried to spell gif in many different ways but it didn't work.

Wait, why are you trying to spell .gif? You don't just change the filename at the end of the image to change the filetype (if you do you may end up corrupting the image).
Open the image, be sure that when you go to Image > Draw Opaque the option is unchecked, and then go to File > Save as... > Save as type > .gif > Save.
If that doesn't work, download another program.
