I dunno but Its definatly at your end as Im having no problems here maybe you should try and update your java or something.....

Check the settings on your browser's Java. If you are using IE, Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced tab, then scroll down a lot.
Not sure on the actual process for other browsers but that should give you an idea on where to look.

All things what should be activated are activated...I really don't know why it doesn't work

Dunno what to tell you then. I just went through and checked it out. Althoug it's HUGE laggles getting the applet to load, it does fully process for me.
