hey, im new to newgrounds and when i vote for the portal, no matter how many times i vote it always says at the bottom i need 4 more votes to save my exp points

This happened to me, it turned out my clock was wrong. Check your clock.

Sure. I honestly thought nobody would ever really take the time to look at it. But I guess they do. Newgrundling even mentioned it in an email.
