EASY!! Just turn "snap to grid" off, and make kicks at the shortest possible intervals. Or use the default chop preset and turn the time multiplier down all the way.

Hey now. Speedcore is more than ridiculously fast kicks.

Wait, couldn't I just make up a normal song and say "oh yeah, this song was originally completely silent."?

Response to Mac7 - December 2007-12-28 21:31:21

Nah, it sucks.

Link to horrible song.

Don't worry, I rolled off frequencies above 15 hz, to remove chances of ear damage. It's not that loud anyways, so it shouldn't be a problem.

reverse engineering is very real. lots of mixing engineers use reverse techniques. reverse compression to keep the volume down, and get a 100% compressed transient when you reverse it back. good stuff (then compress the end to take down the end-transient, if there is any).

reverse the track ---> compress it (or add other effect, reverb f.ex) ---> reverse it back.

validated. PM works fine too if there seem to be a hold in the pending list.
