Meh, it's just a nuisance. I understand why we aren't allowed to edit, but there's no preview function either. I spent ~5 minutes counting out spacing in Notepad to get it right with the 20-22 bracket, then forgot to adjust for the fact that lead and gain varied from 1-3 digits in the second batch ... it's just a pain in the arse.

Yes. Gain is going to be cumulative since the update. Lead gives you a quick snapshot of how much ground you need to cover, and how much ground the person chasing you needs to cover. The last person is N/A on lead, since there's no one in that close range.

That batch you're in is technically two or three different races. I drew the line at the first inactive and just tossed everyone together, as the ranks are consecutive. I will probably be including QuikFox tomorrow in that as well. I haven't checked yet, but he's likely passed courtday today to move into that cluster.

If Qwoxyl and Wylo finish out the day close to each other again, I'll toss them into the mix. It's really more of a duel when there's only two, but I find it as interesting as the Yoink/Syme duel that's been going on for several weeks. moongod finally waking up simply makes their situation better to watch, but it remains to be seen how much long he keeps pace.

Actually, as of right now, Denvish is 13 behind BVBG. In downtimes between submissions, I've been pulling profiles to see who is where ... almost don't even need to run the DM for those races lol BVBG typically gets more points evening/night than during the day, so he may yet manage to hold Bob off another day. Once Bob makes it though, those "Days to 50" minis are going to be even more seriously whacked than they have been.

At pace, Fox and Denvish should blow by wayne and dl over the next couple of days. If BVBG doesn't lose motivation, he can make it back in by passing wayne and/or dl ... providing neither of them suddenly get motivated to BP again. The whole situation is just downright bizarre, since you don't really know who's going to do anything to try and protect their position.

heh he has probably gained ground on me in these last few days, he is trying to be like Cross, and beginning to say that he'll pass me again, i just hope he doesn't become as pitiful as Cross is XD

Actually Cross is part of another batch I've been watching, but with lots of other people between them and as much as 200 between them, they are too spread out to make a "race" of it. As of this morning they were (low to high) deck_head, RC, vagrant2, cross, SK, and coldstream.

Maybe. The last couple of weeks he got back into it, but faded today. Yoink faded yesterday, but got right back into it today, passing Syme and increasing his lead over what it was yesterday. Maybe he stays faded, maybe he comes again.

Well, we are coming out of the weekend, albeit a slow one, into the brick wall known as Monday. We'll probably half of the 100+, over the next couple of days. It's nice to see the ladies moving at speed though ... been a while since anyone but ramagi or Syme was really moving.

Even fixit at his prime, during the heavy submissions of last summer, would have taken another week to close that gap. We're getting just over half that rate of entries so even it couldn't have pulled it off in a week. She's making some serious headway though =)

I don't pop above that 100 mark too often much. I don't spend all my time on this site. It will be interestign to see who can maintain thaat pace as the week goes on.

No offense to the other races, but the most interesting race I've been paying attention to... was the little back-and-forth between Recon and Bila. Recon had been worrying and talking about Bila catching him EVER SINCE HE EVEN GOT TO EGSC, and Bila finally caught him... but much to my surprise... the very next day, Recon passed him. It doesn't last long, and Bila went right back ahead in front... but it will be interesting to see what happens next... especially if Bila were to take a short vacation. Why isn't Bila/Recon on your "races" list, Dogma? ;_;

(I'm not chiefly interested in it, BTW, because the winner of that battle gets the right to try and hunt me down next... mostly it's nifty because it's the first real back-and-forth EGSC-range battle since Joe and Crono kept going back and forth in April (a few weeks before I passed 'em both after they'd pretty much stopped it, sadly))
