hmm not a bad effort assembling all these images, yet image quality is terrible. not good enough for an animation, unless you draw over them (defeating the purpose)

I've searched this whole topic for someone who would say that. I totally agree. The thing is, people nowadays create more rip-off's than tributes, which is something totally different. Tributes are based on a style - in this case madness - and should be credited towards the original concept creator - in this case Krinkels. Things you are doing is just rip pictures from Madness Interactive, I presume, put them in a flash, tween and move them a bit frame by frame, and there, you have your own Krinkels movie! Now, what a succes! You've copied someone's work without doing anything yourself! This should be forbidden, seriously.
As for the question if sprites need to be pixelated, yes, they should, if they are raw (not copied). These are copied, thus should be straight from the source, which its not, since you probably only screened parts of the game, which gives quality loss and lacks exact copied art.
If you seriously intend to copy Krinkels even when you know it's not any good for you, go ahead, but I should advice you to ask him for the source files, and permission to actually do it. You should also credit him.

how to use print screen have a paint sheet ready press print screen when you see something you like then take the box making thing and make one then paste
