yesterday it was 6.00 today its 5.99 LOL did i do something wrong?

You probably missed a deposit or so.

Voting power takes into account the experience of the level 30 user (as well as other factors) if you have more than 400 experience points (into level 9 and above).

Voting Power FAQ & Rankings

For users with 400 experience or more:
BVP=5((Ye-400)/(Le-400)+1)

And of course, your final Voting Power is determined by the base voting power from experience (formula above) multiplyed by the voting power bonus of the blam/protection rank you are currently in:

TVP=BVP*(1+BPM)

odds are that 'PIMP' (level 30 user) deposited and caused everything to change, if you deposit again it should be ok and it should fix itself

Because the level 30 user's exp effects yours (look at the formula I posted).

Say I give the level 30 user more exp (1000 more) - this is what happens to your voting power if you didn't deposit:

(5((2840-400)/(28516-400)+1))*1.10

It goes down to about 5.98 (5.9773082942097). Not that big of a change for lower levels.
