It is about a boy whose father is killed by a black knight. Bent on revenge he asks the king to make him a knight as well. The king tells him he will if he kills the dragon (with a rabbit).
At the commencement of the boy fighting the dragon the king tests a new catapult that fires a cow (which accidentally kills the dragon for the boy).
The king knights the boy and he goes off riding on his piggy to fight the black knight. He finds the knight (after having some *ahem* fun with the pig). And they fight. The boy gets killed.
There is a quote at the end along the lines of "but not all men die brave but a brave man can still die" that is very off the quote but means the same.
I have searched for flash wit the keywords "knight", "courage", "valor" and "champion" but I haven't seen it.
