Vampires and a Penis

This relates to a topic I made a while back about Vampires and vaginal secretions.
Let's just say a man is entrapped in a suit of armor that cannot be removed, locked in a room with a vampire and no escape. The only area of the mans body that is not cased in armor is that tender place called a "crotch". The vampire hasn't eaten in a long time and is starving, yet still has his morals as a heterosexual.

So here is the question: Would the Vampire bite into the tender man meat in order to survive or starve himself to atleast keep his own dignity? And, if you were put into the same situation, would you bite the penis, the ball sac, or just starve?
