im guessing it was either hacked, or a glitch caused by votes from people with strong voting power.
It was protected when submitted to the portal, probably because some voters judged it by its large filesize rather than the actual quality. Then after it was protected, people actually started voting on the true quality of it, realised it was crap and dragged the score down.

Still, the score can't be over 5.00
there was a gltich in the system...the score is much more fitting now.

Yep, now everything is fixed. It's score is less than 1.
Sorry, when i took a look at the score, it was at something like 0.14 and was not the score you were asking to be explained. By the time i looked at it, the score had been fixed from over 5 to 0.14.

No, now its like 0.15, but its never been negative.
