I saw We Heart Hentai last night while it was under judgment. I blew the whistle and figured it would get flagged quite easily as it is blatantly breaks the rules. It breaks the rules as "unsuitable" since it is a hentai slideshow which is specifically mentioned on every under judgment submission's page. It also breaks the rules as "stolen" because the author stole all the art from other artists. However, it somehow passed without getting flagged. I already PM-ed Wade about the flash and hopefully he will remove it. Portal voters: you need to get your act together and flag movies that blatantly break the rules like this one did..

I agree that it should have been flagged for review. The only thing really to do is e-mail an admin and hope it gets taken down.

I was always confused about what to do in that situation, because I was aware that there were other slide shows that had been up for some time, and even featured in a selection. I guess the administrators want porn to be present so it can draw a crowd.
yea if its stolen and obviously breaks the rules than it should be flagged

Selective enforcement of the rules, perhaps? It's also possible that that submission was submitted before porn slideshows became against the rules. I'm not sure what the rules were like in 2002 as that was before my time here.
