I think we're still way down on the list when it comes to homocide.
I found that interesting though (I saw it on TV), because maybe it's just where I live, and the people I know, but violence is non-existant in my life. I guess there must be some really bad places I just don't frequent.

Actually by that study mainley pointed out car theft which is really a non-violent crime since it relies upon the non-preasance of other people.
None of the crimes mentioned can actually legitimately be blamed on our gun restrictions.

Oh, it's actually the same with me. (Except the time my radio was stolen from my car. That still puzzles me.) Then again, I tend to avoid the inner-city scene.
If Australia is still way down, they better correct themselves and pass out guns now, before the homicide rate gets any higher.

Burgarly can easily be blamed on gun control. You wouldn't try to steal from a guy with a loaded gun under his pillow, would you?

In finland they have a very low crime rate. They also sell silencers with .22's under the premis that they are harder to conseal. I don't buy that reasoning, but I think the world woulbe a safer place if I had a silenced .22. Don't you?

I only know 5 burgled households, they were all away when they were burgled, in one case an entire garage load of rifles were stolen.

"Only" 5?
The fact is, however...
After the gun ban was made, crime has gone up, way up. The 'Wow, you're screwed' type of up.
When gun homicide goes up 300% after a gun ban, something is wrong.

Never did, where'd you get that idea? Homocide is increasing at it's lowest rate in 9 years.
thats not a very reliable news website i have found. I once went there and it basically said that everyone should leave Microsoft alone. Microsoft has harmed us the consumers by abusing there power and shutting down companies developing better stuff.
If i get one more illegal operation i might have to kill myself.

A burgler will have been casing your place for days, he/she will strike when you leave, he/she is highly likely to find the loaded gun under your pillow & not hesitate to turn it on you if you should return home early.
