I.. uhh... Ok, you need to put more effort into it. I recomend making a layer on top of it and using a low alpha black to shade it better. But the more realistic thing would be to throw it out. It's quite poor. Try doing a trace of somthing off of google to get a feel for it then try again?

No, thats clearly flash, dont you see the common flash gradients all around, photoshop has better gradients, this is flash.
Also you can notice the softing in the pencil lines
first one is ugly and the second on is just silly.
ok they sucked and i ment to say... no this is not flash this is just the images i may or may not be using but anyways... i tryed to make a beter harder guy to make that could be used in my first flash thing be harsh on what i need improving but instead of saying... "thats shit" actualy say what i need to do to make it beter.
if this suck its back to trying to mod cars in photoshop for me
1st...just stupid-looking, make the head not a perfect circle and also curve the nose a bit
2nd...not too bad for a cartoon character, just shrink the nose a little
3rd...nice, but head looks a little too small
Overall, I suggest you use simpler characters like the ones in Madness. Just invent your own. It doesn't matter if they're 16 feet tall.
And draw in Flash.
