I dont know. This picture kind of annoys me. Good picture, but it makes me anxious.
Your style would be good, if you actually took the time and drew a full body. and maybe a background now and again.
For example, the detail in and around the eye is awesome (still simple, but awesome simple) if you applied that to the whole image, you'd have the makings of a masterpeice.
I agree with Arthur. Unless you totally lack the skills to draw the human figure you should experiment with more complicated figures. Might I suggest Muybridge's human locomotion series. It shows how the human figure moves and steps and even shows baseball, football, and fighting.
Ok this is really pissing me off now. NO HIS STYLE WOULD NOT BE GOOD. ITS A STICKFIGURE WITH A HEAD AND OVERSIZE EYES. How the hell is that a good style??? how can you "love that style"??? NEWSFLASH: A STYLE ISNT WHEN YOU DRAW THE SAME THING THE SAME WAY. IT IS YOUR PERSONAL FLAIR THAT COMES SUBCONCIOUSLY WHEN YOU JUST DRAW. Also the drawing isnt bad but its just a stickfigure so i cant exactly judge, and the details are really pretty superficial. I like the veiny eyes, i do that too.
