if you want to make some pics, you can use such free programs as the gimp or paint (comes with windows) , or other programs like Photoshop, Fireworks or Flash.
if you want to attach a regular sized image, make sure its a .gif or a .jpg, max size is 500x400 and under 40k.
if you want to attach a large image, make sure its no bigger than 595x700, and under 200k. make sure it's a .gif or a .jpg.
note: you can only use large images in the art forum.
